GUARANTEE

This product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase until the expiry of the relevant guarantee period shown below.

The guarantee is only valid if:-

1. The product has not been subjected to accidental alteration, damage by fire, flood, other physical or natural disaster.
2. The original model and serial plate number has not been altered or removed.
3. The product has been used in clean environment, free from chemical salt, abrasive dust, sharp / metal object
4. The product has been used only on the supply circuit or voltage stamped on the product. It was not subjected to incorrect / fluctuation voltage, incorrect wiring, defective or open fuse or circuit breaker etc.
5. The repair or replacement of defective parts is strictly limited to the warranty.
6. The warranty, irrespective what replacement may be under the warranty, will continue to be in force for the term herein specify, and any replacement shall not attract any fresh warranty
7. The date of purchase covers the period (see table), and terminates on expiry of the product warranty period from the date of invoice
8. The defect is not due to use of an unsuitable or inadequate water or power supply
9. The defect is not due to accident, misuse, neglect or repair other than TUFF authorised agent or damage caused by foreign objects.
10. We have received the complete Guarantee Registration form from you. Jabros industries ltd accepts no responsibility for any forms of loss in the post and returns by, registered means is therefore recommended.
